Rest & Sleep for Manifestors 3 min read

Manifestors can work exceptionally hard in short bursts, particularly when alongside a generator or manifesting generator who have a defined sacral energy source. However, the Manifestor is prone to waring themselves out by over-committing, as well as having an Ego drive thinking they need to do it all by themselves in order to achieve satisfying results. Manifestors tend to be unaware of when enough is enough in terms of work or any kind of sustained activity and will keep going until they physically cannot take another step. A healthy strategy is to delegate everything possible to other people who are competent and able to do the task.

Daily Restorative Yoga and other mindfulness practices are essential for everyone, but particularly for Manifestors who not only struggle to know when to stop, but sleep poorly when exhausted.

Keynote: Outsource, delegate and hire. Schedule in 20 minutes of laying down doing nothing every day. Stop BEFORE you feel tired. 

Sleep can be a big problem for Manifestors. Because Manifestors do not have a defined Sacral Centre, they are not designed to be “worn out” at the end of the day like a Generator or Manifesting Generator. As a non-sacral energy being you need to gradually feed into your sleep, which you do by starting a relaxing self-care and rest routine prior to really feeling sleepy or wanting to go to sleep. If a non-sacral person waits until they are exhausted to go to sleep, they can often feel restless and the quality of their sleep will likely be poor. It is not uncommon for non-sacral people to struggle with insomnia or wakefulness at night.

Non-sacral beings tend to sleep better by themselves. The time spent alone while sleeping helps the Manifestor discharge the extra Sacral energy that they have picked up and amplified all day. The idea of sleeping alone can be difficult for Generators or Manifesting Generators to understand, and it is critical for them to understand and feel that it is not personal in any way. Manifestors will frankly sleep better, feel better, and be healthier when they get a chance to fully rejuvenate their own energy.

      • 2 drops Cardamom

Place drops in 10 ml roller bottle and top up with fractionated coconut oil or preferred carrier oil.
